Digital public services should be the result of public policies based on real constructed and relevant societal needs. Therefore, it is relevant to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of public services. For this reason, public administration has the duty of evaluating and ensuring that the resources are dedicated to the implementation and delivery of digital public services that are aligned with public policies and their objectives.
