Logic for ABBs and SBBs: There are three cases: 1. ABBs that are directly from EIRA. They will be the same (name, properties, etc). There is no method or mechanism yet to reference models without including these elements. 2. ABBs under eGovERA name sapce. These ABBs are specialisations from EIRA, that will act as "placeholders". Solution designers should develop the SBB from them. They have specific properties as they are not the same ABBs as EIRA's ones. 3. SBB, with specific properties (harmonized). This approach will be used for all views.
