NARRATIVE:
The OV-Laboratories management [Motivation] view extends the Organisational view and provides a comprehensive framework for leveraging the capabilities and services of the Laboratories management system. This view is represented by a Diagram Model-group ABB named "Laboratories management", which is described as the overarching management system for laboratories.
Within this management system, there is a Capability SBB also named "Laboratories management", which is described as the core capability of managing laboratories (DBC). This capability is the fundamental ability of the system to manage and control the operations of laboratories.
The system also provides a Business Service ABB named "Laboratories registry management", which is described as a digital public service for managing the registry of laboratories. This service is responsible for maintaining and updating the registry of all laboratories.
The system also contains several Business Object ABBs, which represent the different types of information managed by the system. These include "Combined nomenclature Information", "Economic Operators Information", "Classification of goods Information", and "Laboratories information". These objects represent the different types of data that the system manages and processes.
The system also provides several other Business Service ABBs, which represent the different services provided by the system. These include "Determination of the economic value of goods declared for importation", "Classification of goods", and "Goods flow analysis and simulations". These services represent the different operations that the system can perform, such as determining the economic value of imported goods, classifying goods, and analyzing and simulating the flow of goods.
The motivation behind this view is to provide a comprehensive framework for managing laboratories, which includes the ability to manage and control the operations of laboratories, maintain and update the registry of laboratories, manage and process different types of information, and perform various operations such as determining the economic value of imported goods, classifying goods, and analyzing and simulating the flow of goods.
