skos:example | For example, if a company wants to export a shipment of mobile phones from Germany to France, they need to consult Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 to determine the appropriate HS code for mobile phones. This code will be used by customs authorities to assess the applicable customs duties and to gather accurate trade statistics. Compliance with this regulation ensures smooth customs clearance and avoids potential disputes or delays in international trade. |
