The SV-Customs Form Structure [Motivation] view extends Semantic view and provides a comprehensive framework for leveraging the structure and organization of customs forms and the information base related to customs.
The view is composed of three main elements: "Customs Forms Structure", "Customs Information Base", and "Forms Structure".
The "Customs Forms Structure" is a Grouping ABB that encompasses three Data Object SBBs: "BTI Application Form", "EUR.1 Movement Certificate", and "Single Administrative Document (SAD)". Each of these forms serves a specific purpose in the customs process, collecting and providing necessary information for customs authorities to make decisions regarding the classification, origin, and movement of goods.
The "BTI Application Form" is used to request an official binding decision from customs authorities regarding the classification of specific goods under the Harmonized System (HS).
